What if I pay for a subscription and no orders reach me?

If you pay for your subscription and Tashyik does not offer you a single order during it, you can claim its amount back to your wallet. Paid subscriptions only, not the free period. From your subscription page, in its last days or within 14 days after it ends. The office reviews every claim; once approved, the amount goes into your wallet. The account must be active with its trade set.

How long does approval take?

Complete applications are reviewed within working days. If a document is missing or a photo is unclear we contact you to complete it, which is the most common cause of delay.

How do jobs reach me?

You are notified of jobs that match your trade and are near where you are, and you see the service, the area, the distance and the amount before accepting. When you need a break, turn off the availability switch in the app or the portal and jobs stop.

The customer pays upfront and the money is held by the platform. When the work is done the customer confirms it; with no answer within 48 hours the job is confirmed automatically and the amount goes into your wallet. You request a transfer to your bank whenever you like, and every movement shows on your wallet statement.

Do I need a bank account to sign up?

For an individual technician the IBAN is optional at sign-up and can be added later, but nothing is paid out before it is. Institutions and companies add it from the start.

What if the customer disputes the work?

The quality team reviews the job: the photos, the notes and what both sides say, then decides. The money stays held until the decision.

When do I see the customer’s details?

Before accepting you see the service, the area, the distance and the time. The customer’s name, number and full address appear once you accept, to protect their privacy.

I changed my IBAN; why are payouts paused?

To protect your money: after an IBAN change payouts pause for 72 hours and you are notified. If you did not make the change, contact us right away.

I work in more than one trade; can I register them all?

At sign-up you choose your trades, up to 1, and receive jobs in each of them.

I moved to another city. What do I do?

Nothing. The platform follows where you actually are, so once you settle in another city your jobs move there automatically.
