Monthly checks include: preventative maintenance of air conditioning with ventilation and filter inspection, inspection of electrical panels and backup power sources, inspection of plumbing and drainage systems, inspection of safety and fire suppression systems, and maintenance of doors and other facilities. Delivered: a documented maintenance log for each asset + a photo report after each visit—ready for your accreditation file. Scheduled visits outside of patient hours. A ZATCA invoice. Payment: in advance at the beginning of each month.
