Monthly maintenance for each unit includes: common facilities (elevators, pumps, water tanks, lighting, parking, and gardens), regular cleaning of entrances and stairwells, response to resident complaints, and a monthly photo report submitted to the owners' association. A ZATCA-compliant tax invoice facilitates the distribution of service charges among owners. Minimum: 10 units. Payment: In advance at the beginning of each month.
