Monthly maintenance includes: servicing main and sub-electrical panels, inspecting high-voltage industrial lighting, inspecting fire suppression and alarm systems and fire extinguishers, maintaining ventilation and exhaust systems, inspecting loading doors and fixed cranes, and refrigeration maintenance (if applicable). Delivered: a photo safety report suitable for civil defense and industrial safety documentation, and a ZATCA invoice. Payment: in advance at the beginning of each month.
