What we will do for you?
The club is a high-use environment—air conditioning, ventilation, and cleanliness are not luxuries but requirements for membership continuation. Monthly maintenance includes: preventative air conditioning maintenance with filter cleaning twice a month (due to heavy use), inspection of ventilation and exhaust systems, maintenance of restrooms and changing rooms, inspection of water heaters and water network, inspection of safety and fire suppression systems, and lighting maintenance. Scheduled visits are conducted outside of peak hours. A photo report and a Zatka invoice are provided after each visit. Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each month.
