Monthly AC Maintenance Contract for a Restaurant or Cafe: Two monthly visits for filter and unit cleaning and pressure testing, with priority given to emergency breakdowns during business hours. Includes: Two preventative visits + up to two emergency calls per month + labor. Excludes: Spare parts and refrigerant (priced upon your approval) • Compressor or unit replacement • Any calls exceeding two will be discounted by 40%.
