Monthly operating contract for a hotel with over 60 rooms: On-site team covering all disciplines during operating hours (8 hours, 6 days), scheduled preventative maintenance, and weekly reports. 30-minute response time applies only while the team is present. Excludes: spare parts and equipment (priced upon your approval), renovation work, night shifts (by separate agreement), and major chiller and elevator breakdowns (priced as a project).
