Annual electrical maintenance contract (2 visits + emergency priority)

What we will do for you?

An annual preventative electrical maintenance contract with two scheduled visits (every six months) includes: inspection of the electrical panel and wiring, load measurement on each line, grounding inspection, thermal imaging of hot spots, and inspection of circuit breakers, switches, and sockets. It also includes priority response to electrical emergency calls for the duration of the contract and a 15% discount on any repairs outside the scope of the contract. Most house fires start with a loose connection or an overload—both of which can be detected through regular inspections before they become a hazard.
