Annual plumbing maintenance contract (2 visits + emergency priority)

What we will do for you?

An annual preventative plumbing maintenance contract with two scheduled visits (every six months) includes: inspection of all water and drainage points, leak detection using specialized equipment, preventative drain cleaning, inspection of water heaters, tanks, and pumps, and water pressure calibration. It also includes priority response to emergency reports for the duration of the contract and a 15% discount on any repairs outside the scope of the contract. Prevention is cheaper than fixing: a small, undetected leak can cost many times the contract price in water bills and wall damage.
