A comprehensive technical inspection of the building or structure is conducted prior to contracting for periodic maintenance. This includes inspection of the main and sub-electrical panels and loads, the water network, pumps, and tanks, air conditioning in common areas, elevators, safety and alarm systems, lighting, common areas, and the roof. An engineering report detailing the condition of each system, along with observations ranked by severity and an estimated cost of repairs, is provided. The inspection fee is deducted from the annual maintenance contract.
