What we will do for you?
A technical inspection and documentation of the premises of the government entity or association, prepared for inclusion in the tender or contract file, will be conducted. This inspection will cover: electrical panels and loads; air conditioning and ventilation in offices and halls; the water network, tanks, and pumps; safety, alarm, and fire extinguisher systems; and elevators and common facilities. A documented technical report detailing the condition of each system, along with an estimated cost of repairs, will be submitted in a format suitable for inclusion with official documents. The price will be determined after the inspection based on the area.
