Regular inspection and maintenance of the gym or fitness center: This includes inspecting and cleaning air conditioners and ventilation ducts to remove moisture and odors, inspecting bathroom and changing room exhaust fans, checking water heaters and shower water pressure, inspecting lighting, mirrors, and wiring, and checking fire extinguishers and emergency exits. High density and constant humidity put more strain on ventilation systems than in any other type of facility. A report detailing the condition of each system will be provided. The price will be determined after inspection based on the area.
