Inspection and preventative maintenance of essential household appliances in one visit: Automatic washing machine inspection, including filter and drain cleaning, and inspection of water supply hoses; refrigerator inspection, including cooling performance, drain, and seals; and oven inspection, including heating elements and connections. Most malfunctions in these appliances begin with a small blockage or leak that worsens over time. A report detailing the condition of each appliance will be provided. The price is for three appliances and does not include spare parts.
