Inspection and maintenance of the main electrical panel for the house: Tashyiking circuit breakers and their functionality, tightening loose connections (the primary cause of panel overheating), inspecting for signs of burning or corrosion, measuring load balance between phases, inspecting and testing the earth leakage circuit breaker, and checking the grounding. A hot panel or one that makes a clicking noise is an early warning sign of an electrical fire. A report detailing the panel's condition and observations, ranked by severity, will be provided. The price is for one panel and does not include spare parts.
