Furnished apartments are equipped to hotel standards: air conditioners are inspected and cleaned, water heaters and pressure are checked, bathroom and kitchen drains and leaks are checked, lighting, outlets, and wiring are inspected, and essential appliances are checked. This is suitable for high-occupancy units where any malfunction directly impacts guest reviews. A report on the unit's condition is provided. The price is per unit and does not include spare parts.
