What we will do for you?

An annual preventative maintenance contract covering air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work in one agreement, with four scheduled visits (every three months). Each visit includes: AC cleaning and refrigerant check, leak detection with the system, preventative drain cleaning, water heater and tank inspection, electrical panel and grounding check, and load measurement. It also includes priority in all emergency reports, a 15% discount on any repairs outside the contract scope, and a condition report after each visit.
