Business Emergency Membership: 1-hour response to any business interruption (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, doors) with no visit fee. Up to 8 calls per year. 8 AM to 12 AM (midnight). Within city limits. Membership benefit: Full waiver of the nighttime emergency fee (50%) after midnight—important for restaurants and establishments that operate late. Excludes: Parts and equipment, major breakdowns, and calls after the eighth call (30% discount applies).
