What we will do for you?
A comprehensive farm inspection visit is conducted before any contract commitment. We inspect the pumps, wells, irrigation system, electrical panels, and generator, and provide you with a written report detailing the condition of each component, outlining what needs immediate repair and what can be postponed. You will understand the extent of the required maintenance before paying for any repairs. The inspection fee will be deducted from your overall contract if you sign the contract within 30 days.
