A comprehensive technical inspection of your shop or showroom is conducted before you sign a contract or open. We inspect the air conditioning, display case, lighting, electrical panels, restrooms, and fire suppression systems, and provide you with a written report detailing the condition of each system and the priority of repairs. A malfunctioning air conditioning or lighting system in a commercial establishment translates to direct lost sales. The cost of this inspection will be deducted from your maintenance contract if you sign the contract within 30 days.
