What we will do for you?
A comprehensive technical inspection of the club or gym is conducted before signing the contract. We inspect the air conditioning, ventilation, restrooms, water heaters, lighting, electrical panels, flooring, and safety systems, and provide you with a written report detailing the condition of each system and the priority of any necessary repairs. Ventilation and air conditioning, in particular, are the most frequent complaints from members. The cost of this inspection will be deducted from your contract if you sign within 30 days.
