What we will do for you?
Inspection of the food truck before applying for or renewing a municipal license: dimensions, ventilation and exhaust fan, gas connections, electrical loads, fire extinguisher and its functionality, and hygienic preparation surfaces. A written report detailing the observations and the cost of addressing each issue will be provided. The inspection fee will be deducted from any service you request.
