Golden Villa Package - Annual

What we will do for you?

For larger villas requiring more extensive coverage than the basic plan, at no extra cost. Annually, this includes: 6 scheduled preventative visits, two AC unit cleanings, tank inspection and cleaning, pump maintenance, pool inspection (if applicable), 6 priority emergency calls, and a quarterly condition report. A 20% discount is also offered on spare parts and any repairs not included in the package. Payment options: Annually in advance, or in two semi-annual installments.
