What we will do for you?
The resort is used intermittently—which is precisely why breakdowns often occur unexpectedly on the day of an event. Monthly services include: a comprehensive inspection (A/C, electrical, plumbing, water heaters), inspection of the pool and its pump (if applicable), inspection of the garden and irrigation system, a trial run of all equipment, and a photographic readiness report. Urgent pre-event preparation visits can be requested with priority. Suitable for owners of resorts, chalets, and small farms. Payment: Monthly advance.
