What we will do for you?

A comprehensive plumbing inspection of the unit is conducted before handover to the tenant, with a report documented with photos showing the condition of every water and drainage point upon handover. This includes: inspection of all bathrooms and the kitchen, leak detection using specialized equipment, preventative maintenance, inspection of the water heater and tank, and a written report detailing the condition. This report protects you from maintenance disputes: you know what was working properly upon handover, so you are not held responsible for any problems caused by misuse. Ideal for apartment and villa owners and property management companies.
