What we will do for you?

The entire residential unit is fully prepared before being handed over to a new tenant. This includes inspecting and maintaining the air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, repairing minor faults, and providing a photo report of the unit's condition upon handover. A fully prepared unit rents out faster and reduces tenant complaints in the first few months. The price does not include spare parts—the service provider will inform you of their cost before purchase.
