Company or institution: what is the difference?

Both get the same features. Choose the type that matches your commercial registration.

Do I need an app to manage the team?

You run the team from the technician portal on the website, in any browser. Each technician works from the technician app or the portal.

When can I add my technicians?

Once Tashyik approves your business the My team tab opens and you add technicians; each is reviewed before receiving orders.

Are there fees to register?

Registration is free and your business starts with a free period. After it, a monthly institution or company plan covers your whole team, and nothing is taken from the pay for the work. Some features, such as the business page, depend on your plan.

How do I know what each technician is owed?

The payroll page works out each technician’s dues from his completed orders, and each has a detailed statement.

Choose "company" or "institution" and enter the manager’s details, commercial registration, national address and IBAN.
Review
The Tashyik team reviews your details and tells you on WhatsApp that you are approved, or what is missing.
Add your technicians
From My team add each technician with his details and ID; once approved he receives orders under your business.
Receive and assign
Orders arrive; assign them to your team and follow the work, revenue and pay.
