The villa's comprehensive package includes: four preventative maintenance visits annually, cleaning for up to 12 air conditioners, garden and pool maintenance, minor repairs free of charge, and a 25% discount on other repairs. Emergency service within 4 hours: up to four calls per year, from 8 AM to 10 PM, within the city limits. Excludes: spare parts and materials (25% discount applies), major breakdowns such as compressor or pump replacements, and renovation work.
