What we will do for you?
Inspection and preparation of the residential unit between tenants: This includes checking the air conditioners and cleaning the filters, checking the water heater and water pressure, checking for leaks and drainage in the bathrooms and kitchen, checking the lighting, sockets, and switches and replacing any damaged ones, and checking the locks and doors. A documented report on the unit's condition will be provided upon handover—this helps the landlord determine what is deducted from the security deposit and what their responsibilities are. The price is per unit and does not include spare parts.
