What we will do for you?
Preparing the chalet or resort before the rental season: Tashyiking and cleaning the air conditioners, inspecting the pool and its circulation system and adjusting the chlorine, checking the plumbing system for leaks and water heaters, inspecting the interior and exterior lighting and awnings, and checking the electrical panel and loads. The unit is closed between seasons and operated at full capacity upon the first booking—any malfunctions will be revealed to the guest, not beforehand. A report detailing the condition of each system will be provided. The price is for a standard-sized unit and does not include spare parts.
