Comprehensive restaurant contract: air conditioning, electrical work, plumbing, cold storage, monthly extractor fan cleaning, grease trap, and equipment maintenance—with a 2-hour emergency response during business hours within city limits. What's included: monthly preventative maintenance visit + up to 4 monthly repair callouts + labor and minor consumables. What's not included: spare parts (priced separately upon your approval) • major breakdowns such as compressor replacement or complete unit replacement • damage resulting from misuse • Callouts after the fourth are charged at a 40% discounted rate. For an average restaurant up to 250 m².
