What we will do for you?
A technician will be present at the event location for the entire agreed-upon duration to address any emergency immediately—power outages, air conditioning malfunctions, blocked restrooms, or lighting problems. Events cannot wait for a technician, and a breakdown in front of guests cannot be rectified later. The price is agreed upon before booking and does not include spare parts, if needed.
