What we will do for you?
A maintenance contract protects your restaurant from municipal fines and closure. Monthly maintenance includes: cleaning grease traps, cleaning and maintaining kitchen exhaust fans and ductwork, inspecting and maintaining refrigeration and freezer rooms, checking gas systems, and servicing air conditioning. Scheduled visits are made outside of peak hours to ensure uninterrupted operation. After each visit, you will receive: a documented photo report suitable for presentation to the municipal inspector, and a tax invoice compliant with ZATCA regulations. Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each month.
